Tonight I made my first real meal from yesterday’s CSA share. It was very easy–a simple stir fry with chard leaves and stems, bok choy, tofu, and onions. I also added some garlic, mustard seeds, soy sauce, and rice vinegar for flavor. I’ve never had chard before and I love it. The stems remind me a bit of rhubarb.
The photo was a bit of an afterthought, so the presentation is somewhat lacking, but you get the idea. So simple and quite good!
